*ADD) Wants Input to Help Set Priorities
The U.S. Department of Health & Human Services' Administration on Developmental Disabilities would like input from the public on how they can best meet the needs of individuals with developmental disabilities and their families.ADD is asking for input through an online survey to decide where their next focus should be.  The survey can be completed online until September 1, 2010. *Voluntary Registry for Emergency Preparedness
We are hopeful that your responses will make it easy for people with disabilities in Delaware to fill out the registry.We have four (4) sites that will be open for the test. To view a list of sites for voluntary registry, please click here.

Workshops & Trainings

Care Notebook Training

Join us to learn the importance of creating a Care Notebook for your child with special healthcare needs. We will teach you how to organize years of medical reports, therapy evaluations, hospitalizations, IEPs, and more. Use the Notebook as a record-keeping tool that can help you access information quickly and efficiently when you need it.

Currently, there are no Care Notebook trainings scheduled. Please visit our Care Notebook page on our website to download page, to create your notebook, or please see the contact information below be put on a waiting list for our upcoming Care Notebook trainings.
