Our Family Leader Liaisons and Resource Families are here to help you navigate the healthcare system, access resources and services and find the answers to your questions. We offer the supports that you need, and save you time and frustration.

About Family to Family Health Information Center:

Family to Family provides information to families new to the world of special health care needs. We are families just like you who are raising a child with special healthcare needs: disability, chronic illness, and physical or mental health conditions. Delaware Family to Family also offers workshops and trainings for families and professionals. 

We are always looking for families who would be interested in giving a little of their time each month to speak with other families. Our children have taught us so much. Please consider sharing your expertise with other families in Delaware. 

This Family-to-Family Health Information Center was made possible by a grant through the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Health Resources and Services Administration, Maternal and Child Health Bureau. This grant program was established by the Family Opportunity Act of 2005, amended by the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act of 2010.
